Project LEARNet is a digital learning transformation journey that seeks to change the way learning takes place for both active and reserve military personnel. The aim of the program is to enable the Singapore Armed Forces’ mandate of military training and readiness become more effective, efficient and engaging for the new generation of soldiers and to deal with more complex operational and technical requirements in the organisation.
In this project, Kydon led in the entire value chain of the project – an enterprise learning and content portal, large team of onsite curriculum and content development consultants and specialists, and offsite learning development teams.
Our work in Project LEARNet covers a wide domain of organisational expertise such as logistics, human resource, medicine, leadership, military strategies and tactics and soldiering skills using a rich variety of learning modality including interactive applications and coursewares, simulations and animations, video instructions and scenario-based strategies.
Jurong Port
Headquartered in Singapore, Jurong Port (JP) is a leading international multi-purpose port operator handling general, bulk and containerised cargo. Jurong Port began operations in 1965 as a general and bulk cargo port, serving the development needs of Singapore’s Jurong industrial estate.
